After several months of looking at numerous houses on the market in Columbia, we decided to build a custom home.  We had made several moves over the years and never considered designing and building from scratch, but the prospect of really creating the ideal home for us was exciting.  After deciding on the final design and location, the task of working with a builder to make it happen was probably the most critical step in the process.  We met Matt at a house he was finishing and immediately realized that his personality, attention to detail and innovative ideas were exactly what we were looking for.  The process of selecting the styles and features could not have gone any better.  The craftsmanship was excellent, the process was painless and the results were fantastic.  I would recommend Matt to anyone interested in creating a truly unique custom home.
